  Great addition to downtown Plano! I love downtown's independent coffee shops and don't think the Starbucks will steal customers away.
  
  Anyway...here's what's good about this location:
  
  1 - Love the location. It's in a Historic ice house building and the decor pays homage to that.
  
  2 - You can get the nitro cold brew on tap here.
  
  3 - Plenty of space for lining up and ordering without crowding the seated area.
  
  4 - Incredibly comfortable chairs.
  
  5 - Good stock of beans and other goods to purchase for home.
  
  Be aware that parking may be a challenge during busy times, particularly while construction is ongoing in downtown
  
  TIP: This is a franchise store, so while you can use your app to pay and earn rewards you *can't* cash in any free rewards you may have earned.

  This location is fantastic.  It's about time that Downtown Plano finally got a Starbucks.   The proximity to a DART station and the restaurants and shop of Downtown Plano is simply awesome.
  
  Unfortunately, it's not a company store, which brings some problems for Starbucks loyalists.
  Firstly, you can't redeem stars for rewards.  I came in wanting a sandwich and not being able to get my freebie made me quite disappointed.  Secondly, you don't get free refills.  That was kind of upsetting.   Starbucks always lets Green and Gold card members refill as much as they want within the ice/hot tea/coffee categories.  
  
  If Starbucks is going to allow franchise stores to exist, they need to allow the stores to offered everything that the corporate stores give.  Customers do not like getting mixed signals.

  Brand new Starbucks just opened in Downtown Plano!  
  
  This spot is so new they didn't have a Yelp page yet, until we just fixed that now!  
  
  Staff was extremely friendly & welcoming from the moment I came in.  The lobby area here is absolutely beautiful with plenty of seating & great atmosphere to hang out & enjoy a nice drink / snack.
  
  This location is extremely convenient as well & is located across new apartments they are building as well as same building as Urban Rio.  There's also plenty of parking by the building, good spot to relax & start your day.
  
  Had white chocolate mocha & was absolutely delicious, they know what they're doing & on top of their game.  Anyone looking for a great new spot to explore & enjoy highly recommend you check this one out.  Keep up the great work, I'll be one of your new regulars!

  Everything you would expect from a Starbucks with food and beverage. Location is hard to spot. Parking lot next door and across the street behind the (soon-to-be) apartments. The furniture is what makes this place special. Very pretty. The seats are setup in a way where you can do your own thing or pull them together and have a group. The bar is the best with tons of seating and plenty of outlets. Not many out outlets near the chairs.

  Yes, the location is stellar. However, I didn't like the fact that I couldn't use my earned rewards here, nor did I receive points for my purchases via the Starbucks app. like the barista/cashier said that I would. This place is new, so they're pretty slow to get your order processed as well.
